Anvil Exchange Forum with Department of Interior & Local Government (DILG) Secretary, Napolcom Chairman, Angelo "Angie" Reyes on Feburary 11, Friday, 7:30pm.


DILG Secretary & National Police Commission (Napolocom) Chairman Angelo Reyes is a top government leader, PMA topnotcher, MBA graduate of AIM, Public Administration masters degree from Harvard, plus management courses at Ateneo Business School & Northwestern University, former AFP Chieef of Staff, and forner National Defense Secretary.

Anti-crime crusader Tessie Ange See, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers President Robin Sy and others had publicly endorsed Reyes as DILG Secretary due to his solid record in fighting crimes and kidnapings. After his appointment as Anti-Kidnapping Presidential Adviser in October, 2003, the National Anti-Kidnapping Task Force (NAKTAF) had neutralized 130 members of kidnap syndicates. He is also now OIC Chairman of Dangerous Drugs Board and Anti-Smuggling Presidential Adviser. Reyes helped prevent civil war during EDSA 2 and his support made possible the rise of GMA to the Presidency. He is considered a top contender for the next Senate election. IN 1981, then Jaycees civic leader Angie Reyes' "The Youth Speaks" project won the "Most Outstanding External Affairs Project in the World" at the Jaycees World Convention in Germany.
