A few days before celebrating his wedding anniversary, Senatorial
candidate Francisco "Kiko" Pangilinan spoke to the Anvil Business Club
officers and members.
In his talk, Senator Pangilinan explained his principles and stand for running as an independent inspite of the invitations from both the government and the opposition to join their tickets.
